Second Street Traffic Jam Nears End

Motorists will receive needed relief Saturday, Aug. 7, and Sunday, Aug. 8, in southeast Long Beach. City officials say that Second Street through Naples Island will be opened again to its full four-lane capacity on those days as the repaving project nears completion.
