BHCA Monthly Meeting
Please come to the monthly meeting of the BHCA on Wed, Sept 24 @ 7 PM at Fremont Elementary School's auditorium. Mayor Foster will do a presentation and answer questions on the infrastructure bond on the Nov ballot. Access to the school is on Vermont.

Stopping mansionization
As Maureen Neeley said in her last post, there is considerable movement afoot at City Hall to stop or severely limit mansionization (demolition of older homes and/or over remodels).

In response to traffic concerns, the Belmont Heights Community Association (BHCA) has invited special guests 3rd District Council Member Gary DeLong and Dave Roseman (no show) -> Abdollah Ansari spoke on behalf of Taffric & Transportation Bereau. Mr. DeLong and Mr. Roseman will join the 7pm meeting to discuss concerns along Broadway, and traffic in Belmont Heights in general.
