Our February meeting is scheduled for 2/10 @ 7PM at Belmont Heights United Methodist Church at the corner of 3rd and Termino. The meeting is held in the basement room accessed via the parking lot adjacent to the Church (on Termino).

Peter Mathews, Congressional Candidate, will not be attending; we will have a presentation by Blaine Verde, Environmental Educator, from Breathe LA on energy conservation and associated issues. In addition, we will have an update on our efforts to support our business district along the Redondo/Broadway corridor.

Also, a reminder that our March meeting is being held on March 18 (not our regular meeting date) and will be held at Roger's Middle School. In conjunction with the League of Women Voters and the BSRA, we are hosting a debate among those running for the 3rd District Council seat. Please see the posting for that meeting.
