There are several houses on 6th Street, between Ximeno and Termino, among all the other well-kept homes, that are complete eye sores! These houses COULD be beautiful. But they are obviously not taken care of AT ALL. Weeds, pine needles, junk all attribute to their jarring bad looks. It's a shame because houses like that stand out as obvious detriments to the neighborhood and ruin our already declining values! And one of them has pine needles everywhere, even on their wood shake roof. Seems extremely dangerous.
