The LB Fire Dept. does a great job at community out-reach for CERT training. Paul Rodriguez is the CERT Coordinator and is available to talk at neighborhood meetings. He can be reached at paulrodriguez@longbeach.gov or 562/570-2516. I'd be happy to schedule something with him for BHCA once a date is decided on. I just completed the CERT training myself and hope to network with local folks who have also completed the training course. According to Paul, there aren't many others in this neighborhood. Let's change that.
