I finally got tired of seeing the tags in my alley, so I scratched some with my fingernail. It came off! I then when to my garage and got denatured alchohol and steel wool (I use for furniture restoration) and went to town. Every spot I found came off easily. I guess it depends on the type of paint the taggers used. So, next time you see some graffiti, I challenge you to try and remove it to help beautify our neighborhood! Unfortunately, it doesn't work for all paints. The graffiti on our garage left several months ago wouldn't come off with denatured alchohol and steel wool. I had to repaint over it. If someone else has idea of what works well. Post it!
Cheers, Craig
