Shopping carts continue to be abandoned in our section of the Heights. We are in a direct line between Albertsons and Glorious Manor. Yesterday I watched two women and a child walking down the center of the street pushing a shopping cart. At the corner, two men came to unload the cart. It was obvious that I was watching them as I was standing in the driveway. One of the women walked the cart back, otherwise we would have had another shopping cart abandoned at the corner. In addition to the shopping cart problems, I have also had missing newspapers and found empty beer cans in the street. My neighbors don't do that kind of stuff. Does anybody have any ideas? Calling Albertsons concerning the abandoned carts does work faster than calling the city number.
