The city of Long Beach has declared Glorious Manor, 420 Grand, a public nuisance. Gloria is appealing the city's ruling. A public hearing to present the city's evidence will be held this Thursday, June 28, at Long Beach City Hall, 333 W. Ocean Blvd, in the Council Chambers. City officials will testify in the morning and sorely affected neighbors will testify in the afternoon.
