MAKE A DIFFERENCE DAY
Make A Difference Day gathers people, multi-faith-based organizations and non-profits throughout the city for an afternoon of giving.
Last year we helped about 22 Long Beach non-profits that serve our community and included events such as:
El Dorado Park & Nature Center education & trash cleanup, Redcar Greenbelt Park planting and mulching, LB Organic Gardens organic planting, mulching and environmental education about water recycling and home rain collection, Renovation of the educational vegetable & butterfly habitat at Precious Lambs Preschool for homeless youth, baking cookies for LB Firefighters, making toys for homeless animals, PB&J's for Homeless of Long Beach
and so much more!
MADD will take place on March 29th, 2020 and sign-up for our many events this year will be posted soon.
