BHCA Community Meeting - Long Beach Fire Department

This month’s theme: Be Prepared, Not Panicked 🔥🧯🧘‍♀️

We’re joined by Captain Garrett of the Long Beach Fire Department, who will share essential info on fire safety, prevention, and how our neighborhood can stay ready in case of emergency. He’ll also introduce us to CERT (Community Emergency Response Team) — because the more we know now, the more we can help each other later.

Bonus: He’s bringing pro tips, not fear tactics.

Then we’ll breathe it out with Aubre Hill, a local movement and pilates expert (and big believer in neighbors helping neighbors). She’ll share how mindful movement and simple strength can support us in both everyday life and emergency situations.
