We are a community of volunteers committed to restoring, preserving, and maintaining the Red Car Greenbelt Park, the only park in Belmont Heights. Our primary focus is native habitat restoration. We are working to create a diverse and thriving array of native plant life to support local wildlife and enhance the natural beauty of the area. Through a collaboration with the City, Parks & Rec, and Council District 3, we are working together to make the Greenbelt the best that it can be. Through hands-on stewardship, we’re keeping the Greenbelt truly green, one native plant at a time. We’re always looking for more helping hands, so if you’ve got a love for nature and some time to dig in, come grow with us!
