"Drive-Thru" Food & School Supply Drive

NO NEED TO RSVP...JUST SWING BY. Next Saturday, the BHCA and UMC are joining to hold a neighborhood "Drive-Thru" Food & School Supply Drive. Help our local community without even getting out of your car! Please drive-thru the parking lot with supplies in the trunk of your car.

Did you know that LBUSD provides educational services to over 3,000 homeless students? All your school supplies donations will go locally to the Bethune Transitional Center. This foundation is operated through LBUSD to serve and support school children who are homeless. See below for a list of needed school supplies.

All your nonperishable food donations will go to Century Villages at Cabrillo.  This organization is working to help break the cycle of homelessness in our community. Currently, 2,000 people call Century Villages at Cabrillo home, including nearly 1,000 veterans.
